  • Requests without proper video proof may not be accepted.

  • Customers must record a clear, unedited video while opening the parcel.
  • The issue (damage/missing/wrong product) must be clearly shown in the video.
  • Failure to provide this may result in rejection of claims.

  • Delayed complaints may not be considered.
