- Our team will review and provide return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address after approval.
💰 Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
🔁 Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only (with valid video proof).
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
🚚 Shipping Costs:
